FPOM was founded by Bishop Lee Bell JR. This 25yr ministry has evolved from a mission in Pastor Bell's home  until  1994. In 1994 First Pentecostal permanent place of worship would be located on 1456 Kathleen Rd, Lakeland, FL. We are an outreach ministry and love reaching out and helping people in the community. First Pentecostal Outreach ministries is a Pentecostal Apostolic church. We strive to proclaim the Gospel of Jesus Christ through ministry, worship and outreach missions.
